Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive once shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and may take up to 12 working days in some cases.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly for further assistance. We do not replace packages that are confirmed as delivered.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are outside of our control.

All U.S. customs duties and taxes are covered by us.
