Shipping policy

International orders:

All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive once shipped (arrival times may vary depending on your location which will took up to 12 days max.)

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to your local carrier for support. We will not replace any packages.

International orders may subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control.
